Flow of experience
STEP.01
Counseling (about 5 minutes)
We will listen to your current physical condition, concerns, and purpose of training, and provide advice so that you can train with peace of mind.
STEP.02
Posture check (about 5 minutes)
Everyone's physical condition is different. During the posture check, we check the customer's physical condition and habits.
STEP.03
Training experience (about 25 minutes)
Each customer will experience a training menu tailored to them based on their goals and physical condition.
STEP.04
Cool down (about 5 minutes)
Finally, do a pair stretch. You will feel a refreshing feeling that is different from a massage.
